Initial session (Diagnostic Assessment): $225

30 minutes: $115

45 minutes: $120

55 minutes: $125

Family therapy with client present: $150/55 minutes

Family therapy without client present: $150/55 minutes

Team meetings/School/Daycare: $150/55 minutes

 

Late cancel(within 24 hours): $100 

No shows are charged full rate for requested appointment.

*Telehealth services available due to Covid-19 as well as travel concerns. I am licensed to see anyone in the state of MN.

*Due to inclement weather being common in the state of MN, clients are expected to cancel before 24 hours of scheduled therapy appointment if they do not want to do telehealth if snow is in the forecast. Late cancellation charge will still apply if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment due to weather.

* HSA/FSA and all major credit cards accepted.

*Sliding fee scale available for those who qualify

*Superbills are NOT provided for insurance reimbursement.

*Payment due at time of service. 10% charge added for cards declining and not being updated.
